There’s a story we like to tell to help people understand why we exist. A long while back, we saw a post on Facebook from a local lady who had been in business for a year, but was struggling. She desperately needed a website redesign in order to portay a more professional image. We contacted her and said we’d love to help, even if it was just a chat over a coffee to brainstorm how her business could grow.

A couple days later, she showed up at our door unexpectedly, quite flustered. She had just come from a meeting with a web designer who had quoted her over £2000 for a simple website, as well as a bunch of other stuff she didn’t need. She didn’t know what to do next.   3. After we have established timelines, taken care of logins, administration, etc, we’ll send you an invoice for payment. After that is received, we’ll get to work on your site! 
  4. After we have done the first round of drafts/mockups, we will show to you for feedback and make any necessary edits. 
  5. When you’re completely happy, we’ll make the site live and then go grab a beer to celebrate our joint awesomeness!

We like to under promise and over deliver when it comes to deadlines, but we’ll discuss at the beginning of the project what your expectations are. We will always try to deliver the finished site within 2 weeks (dependent on edits, etc).
